Sales Concierge Training

Course Description

This training will instruct the Member Sales Advisor or gym salesperson on how to safely and effectively onboard a new member beyond the initial meeting. Offering additional resources during the first two weeks helps improve their experience and fosters a community that encourages continued attendance.

We will review the fundamentals of circuit training to equip the Sales Concierge with practical skills to safely guide a new member through a workout using the selectorized machines already inside the gym. This will provide a proven method for increasing check-in rates, improving gym acclimation, and reducing membership cancellations.
