After graduating from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology, Tyler turned an undergraduate internship with a Southern California online fitness education company into a full-time position. Throughout his time with the same company, he excelled at several positions, developing his skillset with online instructional design and eventually leading him to accept an executive position with another Southern California online fitness education company. Along with his duties within the online fitness education realm, he owns a fitness bootcamp company in Long Beach, California, which has won Best Bootcamp two years in a row and Best Personal Trainers three years in a row.
Tyler grew up in beautiful Manhattan Beach, California where he participated in track and field, and currently lives in Thousand Oaks, California. He competes in monthly Scottish highland games as a lightweight competitor and trains at the famous Training Hall by Odd Haugen.

Mark’s career began as a graduate coordinator and teaching assistant at the University of Florida while also holding the exercise science director role at a local club named Orion Fitness Center. His career then took him to NYC, Los Angeles and North West Arkansas where he served as a personal trainer, club educator, personal training manager, sales manager and general manager with Equinox Fitness Clubs, Spectrum Athletic Club and the Fayetteville Athletic Club.
Mark currently lives in Brea, CA with his wife and two kids.

Teaching at the prestigious Chapman University in Southern California since 1997, Jack has made shaping the minds and athleticism of young individuals his passion. After completing his undergraduate and graduate education at Chapman, Jack served as the Head Athletic Trainer at Chapman for almost 10 years, as well as Assistant Professor, a title he still holds today. Along with his duties at Chapman University, Jack has worked with various team sports providing on-site sport performance training and specialized coaching. He possesses a strong talent for fostering highly productive partnerships across various academic, athletic and philanthropic venues.
Jack grew up in the city of Orange, California where he attended the prestigious Servite High School and excelled on the football field. He currently lives in Yorba Linda where his two daughters compete on various competitive softball teams.
